My wife, Pamela, and I relocated to St. James from Charlotte close to 20 years ago after a long career with IBM and Solectron where I was in Engineering Management in the Lab and Plant at several different sites. We lived in several cities during that period from New York to San Jose and always knew we would like to end up in the Southeast.

Always open to adventure, we visited all of the U. S. National Parks over a two-year period prior to settling in to our new life.

Pamela and I moved to the unique community of St. James in 2001 after purchasing our land in 1998. We were drawn to the area by the uniqueness and beauty and St James by the amenities - golf, tennis, the marina and the beach club.​
I received my real estate license in 2001 and discovered a real love and talent for the business. Pamela with her interior design skills and past sales experience has been a tremendous benefit. I now sell more resale homes in St. James than any other area agent. We love the community and I guess it shows. After moving so many times in my career, the sense of community that St. James offers really appealed to us. It’s an active community with literally dozens of clubs for nearly any interest…history, the arts…you name it.
