HELLO. I'M DIANN SAUBLE.

Diann Sauble knows coastal markets.  Relocating to St. James after nearly 30 years as a realtor specializing in the Jersey Shore, she found that perfect blend of climate, location and amenities that the community offers.

“I began my Real Estate career with a friend.  She lasted three weeks and I’ve lasted 30 years!”  While her husband Martin, a retired educator, has found his relaxation on the golf course, Diann continues to pursue her passion for matching the right home with the right buyer.

“It’s a big responsibility to help someone find the perfect fit in a home.  I never tire of having a prospective buyer walk in a home and say ‘wow.’ There are some great communities in our area…Palmetto Creek, Winding River, South Harbour, and St. James to name a few.  Every buyer is unique and my job is to listen and learn what they are really looking for,” said Diann.

Making the move to RE/MAX Southern Coast was a perfect fit for Diann as well.  “I worked with both Donna and Robert when I first moved to the area about seven years ago. Joining the team just made sense to me due to the combination of the RE/MAX name recognition and marketing strength and the office leadership and group of agents that have come together.  It’s especially important when listing a home.  The tools that we provide can really make buyers take notice.”

Diann enjoys a run in the neighborhood with her Golden Retriever, Cami and traveling with Martin.  The couple has three daughters and two granddaughters.
